5 Body Skincare Tips
- Exfoliate. You probably already know to exfoliate your face 2-3 times a week, but did you know that exfoliating your entire body is important. We suggest using a body scrub to gently remove dead skin, leaving your skin fresh and soft after you shower.
- Keeping your skin moisturized is key. We recommend moisturizing your entire body after you shower, your pores are open and ready to take in all of that moisture and nutrients.
- Your hands can easily show your age so make sure you are taking good care of them. Be sure to moisturize them throughout the day, along with using a cuticle oil in the evening.

- Many of us suffer from facial acne, but body acne is also a problem for many. We suggest using an acne body cleanser which will help kill acne-causing bacteria.
